HAMMER WARRANTY + RETURNS


Hammer maintains a number of guarantee programs to ensure that customers receive the highest quality products. Warranties are offered exclusively to the original customer only. Hammer offers a one time replacement on the original purchase item only.

A limited SIX (6) MONTH Warranty is offered provided the following:
1) Products must be purchased through an authorized Hammer dealer.
2) Products have not been gratuitously abused, altered, defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged.
3) Consumers must have valid proof of purchase.

Returns during the first thirty (30) DAYS of the warranty period can be made through the authorized Hammer dealer.

DEALERS should contact Hammer Customer Service to request a Return Authorization # at customerservice@hammerlacrosse.com or (925) 218-6945.
Hammer will ship a replacement and credit the dealer’s Account for the replacement after inspecting the returned product.

Returns made after the first thirty (30) DAYS of the warranty period must be made directly through Hammer.


CONSUMERS should fill out an online request form and wait to receive an email with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Hammer will NOT accept any returns without an RA#.

 

SHAFT Warranty:

    1. Intentionally bending or cutting a handle or other deliberate tampering or evidence of inappropriate use of a handle will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover breakage due to extreme bending.
    2. The black ABS end caps are designed to be replaceable. If damaged or lost, contact Hammer Customer Service at customerservice@hammerlacrosse.com and we will send you a replacement end cap with installation instructions.
    3. The Hammer Logo end stickers are decorative only and not covered under warranty.
    4. The multilayer polyurethane grip coat is engineered and applied for durability and longevity. However, under normal playing conditions it can nick, chip and peel. This is normal and not covered under warranty.
    5. Warranty Replacements will carry the duration of the warranty from the original purchase date, not the replacement date and be of the same model or value.
    6. Hammer and Hammer Authorized Dealers reserve the right to question and refuse any claims made for warranties if tampering or foul play is suspected.
